UTU.one seems like one of them platforms that could grow but at this moment of time it falls badly.
The UTU where no one talks to each other and their is no help from admin to help you understand the platform.
As a user you’re basically left on you’re own trying to figure everything out.
The things I have learned at the moment using the platform. Users can hold different dec’s from creators and the dec’s and tokens go up in value.
Sounds like a great idea as a creator having you’re own dec’s but when you’re on the platform you join someone dec’s and the community is dead, their is not much engagement.
Before you can unlock more features you need to do KYC but they say it will take 3 days but it seems to be longer and you’re left waiting.
The interface of the app is confusing and really difficult to navigate as a user you feel you’re going round in circles.
The biggest problems if you’re a new user if you don’t hold someone tokens you can’t join more groups.
So you’re in one group and you can’t really see the point to open the app as nothing is really happening.
How the app is now you need a code to join the app and that locks you to one group and you get little to none tokens so if you don’t pick the right group you’re kinda left out of the UTU.one party.
Messaging users and asking them how to use the app they no reply, I feel the UTU.one community is rude at the moment of time.
This app could have such a big opportunity with content creators but they need to make it easier for new user.
Making YouTube videos explaining how to use the app as it’s not newbies friendly and really growing a better community then what it has now.
I will update as I use it more or let you know if I delete the app.
